Marketing & Sales

Our role goes beyond selling furniture. We communicate the story, values, craftsmanship, and vision of Cocoon Asia, while building meaningful and long-term relationships with customers, architects, designers, retailers, and business partners.

R&D

Every design may begin with imagination — a shape, a material, a texture, a feeling, or even a simple sketch. But we believe a beautiful idea only becomes good design when it can live in the real world.

An important part of R&D is turning creative concepts into products that can be manufactured responsibly and consistently. From drawings and prototypes to material testing, construction details, costing considerations, and production evaluation, the team works through each stage to find the right balance between design intention, comfort, quality, durability, production efficiency, and commercial value.

We are committed to sustainability by sourcing our materials from FSC-certified forests and reclaimed teakwood. FSC-certified timber ensures responsible forest management, preserving ecosystems and supporting local communities. Meanwhile, reclaimed teakwood gives new life to aged timber, reducing waste and environmental impact. By combining these materials, we create high-quality, eco-friendly furniture that embodies durability, authenticity, and responsible craftsmanship.

Inspired by local heritage and crafted with sustainability in mind, our designs emphasize harmony in materiality, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
